Rick Kennedy, ACC, ATC, is a trained mediator with an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor and more than 21 years’ experience in the human services, not for profit sector. He has worked for provincial, national and front-line organizations as an executive director and in marketing and fund development. His services include individual and team coaching, board mentoring, program development, strategic planning, advocacy and community mediation.
His earlier employment within the private sector includes positions as Sales Promotion Manager for Yamaha Motor Canada Limited and the Director of Marketing Services for Hobart Canada Inc.
Rick is an Associate Certified Coach (A.C.C.) through the International Coaching Federation and an ADLER Trained Coach (A.T.C.) certified by the ADLER Faculty of Professional Coaching. Rick received an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor
Rick has worked together with the volunteers, staff and management of agencies to develop leadership and capacity building programs for clients.
He has designed and facilitated training programs that are offered across Canada and in Australia.
